Summary: Monique is a wonderful host, very friendly and is a quick responder with a lot of details to go with every message.The room was clean and quaint and we were very happy with what we got. It was perfect for us to sleep and shower. The bed was super comfy and the additional microwave, coffee maker and fridge was so nice to have. No complaints at all!I will say that this is not the safest neighborhood to he in but we did not have any problems with security and safety. You’re only 8 minutes outside of the French Quarters so you can easily uber there and get a cab.Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!

Summary: Comfortable stay. Instructions were pretty clear. The place was accommodating. The host was very easy to talk to aswell.

Summary: Monique was responsive and accommodating. She allowed us an early check in. The home was clean and although some may say it’s in an unsafe neighborhood the home is gated and we felt fine. Please be aware that this home is a bit small so I would only recommend it to a couple or someone visiting solo. There’s also no kitchen but she does provide a toaster oven and mini fridge. The TV is also not up to date and we had wished there was a smart TV to keep us entertained during our downtime. The rest of the home is beautifully remodeled and you can tell Monique put in a lot of time to complete this home.

Summary: First off, the house and grounds are lovely. You can see they put alot into renovations, and take great care. Its secure and private as well, and really clean. Overall I'd recommend. The only detractors for this unit is that its a bit tight for more than one person. I traveled with my son, and didnt realize we actually booked a 1 bdrm, but we made it work. But its perfect for a couple or single traveler. Monique was thoughtful and responsive. Bonus points for good taste in art and books! I'd stay again on an adult-only trip for sure. Some tips: get the Jazzy Pass, its 3 for all transit. The 55 bus takes you right to the french quarter, the stop is just 2 blocks away, and is nice and quick. Also there's a direct transit (202) to the airport that connects with the 55, Really easy to get around, and folks are super sweet and helpful.

Summary: We stayed 6 days, was close to the French Quarter which is where we started most days. Neighborhood was quiet (with the exception of New Year’s Eve of course). Our host was very helpful in recommending places to eat and the best ways to get around. Would definitely stay here again.
